Hi guys.  Welcome to Clevver TV, Im Joslyn Davis.
 
So, yes, Justin Bieber is a V-man.  Hes lookin cool, calm and collected and ladies, watch out because hes got some lipstick lips on his cheek in one photo!  Bieber claims that it was Rihanna who laid it on him, but we highly doubt it who do you think marked up JB?
