All you have to do is delete one(1) file from the registry and you are back in business. To get to the registry go to 

START &gt; RUN type in &quot;regedit&quot; (without quoatations) hit the enter key find the first heading that reads what is below and keep going until you end up at ratings.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\
SOFTWARE\
Microsoft\
Windows\
CurrentVersion\
policies\
Ratings 

After you get to that folder in the right pane you have that setting right click on that file and delete that setting.

!!!!!!!! WARNING !!!!!!!! If you are not sure of how to do this do not do it! Messing with the registry could affect your computer 

BACK YOUR REGISTRY UP FIRST BEFORE DELETING ANY REGISTRY SETTING!!!
