To get to the registry go to START > RUN type in "regedit" (without quoatations) hit the enter key find the first heading that reads what is below and keep going until you end up at ratings. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ policies\ Ratings After you get to that folder in the right pane you have that setting right click on that file and delete that setting. !!!!!!!!
